Associate Manager (Finance):
Go in the last assessment of CA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Experience: Minimum 03 (three) years in the field of Finance/Accounts/Audit/Taxation/Treasury/Budget.
Associate Manager (Information Technology):
Full time MBA or MCA or M.Tech (Computer Science) or B.E./B.Tech/AMIE (Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics and Communications) with at least 60% imprints
Experience: Minimum 03 (three) years in related SAP module in usage/support.
Junior Manager (Human Resource):
Two years full time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM in HR/Personnel Management with at the very least 60% imprints.

DFCCIL Recruitment Selection Process:
For Assistant Manager and Junior Manager:
Determination will be founded on the Computer Based Test, Document Verification, Interview and Medical Test

Plan of Examination:
PC Based Test (Online Mode) will be directed in two/three sessions on a
single/numerous long stretches of 2 hours term.
The inquiry paper will be Objective Multiple Choice Type having 120 inquiries containing 96 inquiries identified with post/discipline for which the competitor has applied and 24 inquiries on General fitness.
The Question Paper will be set in English and Hindi as it were
There will be negative stamping in Computer Based Test and ¼ (0.25) mark marks will be deducted for each off-base answer

25% for ST
